This set of images are part of a series looking closely at the shapes and textures of lettering on old, often discarded enamelled signs where rust and age have made their impression. Originally intended as the visual element of an audio/visual presentation using the voice of Julie Cruise singing The World Spins, the photographs in a random sequence slowly build up to the four letters of the word 'Love'.
